In support of sustainability and a circular economy, we offer inspection, repair, modification and upgrade services. The typical scope of work for repair includes any pump modifications required to meet the latest design configuration and specifications within each part number. Cascon warrants the repair against defects in materials or workmanship, same as new. A Certificate of Conformance and Acceptance Test Data Sheet are included with each repair.
How to proceed:
1) You issue a Purchase Order for a Minimum Service Fee: This fee subsidizes Cascon’s cost to disassemble, inspect and assess the condition of your returned product. The average turnaround time before specific repair quotation is 3 weeks after receipt of pump.
2) Cascon issues RMA: Upon order acknowledgement, please contact our Customer Service team for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions before proceeding with shipment.
3) Transportation: You are responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipping charges and logistics.
4) Quotation for Repair:
- After inspection and disassembly, Cascon will provide a quotation for each specific repair.
- The price and lead time will vary based on the condition and availability of parts.
- All pumps will be quoted to upgrade to the latest revision, unless otherwise requested.
- You may then elect to scrap the product instead of repair. In which case, only the Minimum Service Fee would apply.
